Willy’s Trucking is an experienced LTL Freight Carrier serving Alberta and Northern BC.
With our growing team of amazing people, and our extensive fleet of Dry Vans and Flat Deck trucks, we’re working hard to be the most trusted carrier in the business.
We started in 2007, now based in Edmonton, with only two guys and a single truck, and from our humble beginnings we have grown to service over 40 locations with over 100 employees, 30 tractors, 95 trailers, and 17 body job trucks.

Where can I get a Bill of Lading?You can access our BOL on our home page, as well as in our resources page in our menu. It is a fillable PDF, so you can fill it out, right at your computer, and print it off. It’s that easy!
How can I get a Quote?We have 2 options for requesting a quote: You can access our instant quoting here on our Home Page. OR You can request a quote via email email@example.com OR by phone 888-488-2311
How do I request a Pick Up?There are 2 ways to request a pick up from Willy’s. The first, is to call our toll free number 888-488-2311 and speak to a representative. Make sure you have addresses, phone numbers, weights, sizes, and any important tracking information ready to give to our representatives to assure there are no hiccups. The second option is to request a pick up through our website by clicking our “Book a Pick Up” option on our Home Page. All of the same information will be required.
How much time is required to request a pick up?Typically, we require a 2-hour window period before the requested time of the pickup, or the closing time of the location we are picking up from. We are among the best in the industry in this regard!
Do I need an account to ship with you?No, but it certainly does help! While opening an account with Willy's opens up preferred rates and helps avoid shipping delays, we are able to ship your freight without one. Payment is required before freight is released. Having an account with us helps our representatives find your information easier, and you receive your freight faster. If you'd like to open an account with us, please fill out the Credit Application located on our Home Page and under our Resources.
How Do I Open An Account?We’re glad you’re joining us! Opening an account is 100% free and comes with lots of benefits. To open an account, please contact a representative by calling our toll free number 888-488-2311, and asking for a credit application. Alternatively, you can email the credit application under our Resources to Sales directly firstname.lastname@example.org
What is the Online Portal?Our online portal is a new tool for account holding customers to access invoices, shipment tracking, BOLs, PODs, and to schedule pick ups, or request a quote with ease. You can access the portal by clicking the Customer Portal button located in the top right hand corner of our menu.
What are your rates?All deliveries are subject to a Fuel Surcharge. Our current FSC is 39.6% < 9,999 lbs and 65.2% > 10,000 lbs and is subject to change at any time. Carbon surcharge is 1.95% All of our rates can be located in our Terms and Conditions at the bottom of our website and under our Resources. How do I request a Hot Shot Delivery?All Hot Shot deliveries are subject to an hourly rate, and must be quoted first. You can schedule these pick ups by contacting Quotes via phone, or email firstname.lastname@example.org
My freight arrived damaged, what do I do?We’re so sorry to hear that! We take pride in what we do, and want to assure that we do everything possible to rectify the issue. You can start by filling out our Claims form located under our Resources . Once that is completed, please email it to email@example.com and a representative will get back to you ASAP!
